The Rising Star Program is designed to support, retain and enhance Rising Star students' academic success while pursuing their educational goals at Mountain View College. The program provides intake and academic advisement services within a case-managed framework. Further, the Rising Star Program guarantees a FREE college education to graduating seniors from Dallas County public high schools who meet eligibility criteria — worth $4,000, including tuition and books over a three year period.
