This office verifies, for students seeking accommodations, all physical, emotional, ADD, ADHD, and other learning disabilities in order to specify the appropriate disability-specific accommodations and/or adaptations that will assist each student registered in Disability Services in obtaining his/her academic objectives. Services can include sign language interpreting, computer-aided real-time translation (CART), note-taking, reader/scribe services, use of assistive technology and large print materials, and testing accommodations for qualified students. Academic advisement is also available. All students seeking accommodations are encouraged to make an appointment with one of our staff members.
