The “Mountain View College 2007-2008 Annual Plan and Budget” is the institution’s operating plan and budget for academic year 2007-2008.  This manuscript includes the 2007-2008 college budget as of August 23, 2007 and integrated annual unit plans and budgets for all college instructional, student services, business services, and administrative services units.  This initial “Annual Unit Plan and Budget” was initiated on the premise that college-level and unit-level planning should guide budgeting.

The college budget and the annual unit plans and budgets are ordered according to the structure of the MVC organizational chart.
