The MVC “College Priorities” are developed each year by the Planning Budget and Assessment (PBA) Committee.  These priorities consider current environmental factors and reflect the Mission and Goals of the “MVC 2008-2012 Strategic Plan.”  The “College Priorities” will be used in conjunction with the “MVC 2008-2012 Strategic Plan” to guide construction of the Annual Unit Plans-Budgets and the College Budget.
