To celebrate the 45th Anniversary of the Dallas County Community College District, Mountain View College will offer its employees a variety of volunteer opportunities from which to select in order to serve their community; these opportunities will be sponsored by 504.c.3  agencies whose purpose is nonprofit, nonpolitical, and nonreligious. Employees may continue their own existing volunteer commitments as well with Dallas County agencies whose purpose is nonprofit, nonpolitical, and nonreligious.  In conjunction with the entire DCCCD system, Mountain View College will be closed on February 18, 2011 and all employees will be asked to volunteer a minimum of six hours on that day.

 

The employees of Mountain View College welcome the opportunity to enhance existing relationships with nonprofit community agencies and begin new relationships with other nonprofit community agencies in Dallas County. We acknowledge that it takes all of us (family support agencies, schools and colleges, and municipal offices) to continue the growth and quality of life in Dallas County.
